Ok, I got it
Atila the Hun.
We met Atila at UBC Connect, 2004. He organized the ENTIRE thing. ENTIRE thing, i'm SURE of it.

Atila won our hearts through his weekly emails which were full of impeccable grammar. At this point in our relationship, we were sure that he was a she.

Then came the day when we were to meet this mysterious (wo)man. When we were graced by his stunning good looks and UBC pride, we were first of all shocked to recognize the severe gender difference from what we had expected, but then fell quickly in love.
come back atila!
Towards the end of our Connect experience, we mustered up the courage to ask our good friend for a photograph. His answer: yes.
Because all men are naturally attracted to me more than they are to Esther, his face is turned slightly sideways to my direction. If we look this up in the body language dictionary, that means that he likes me more.
Here he is: Atila Ozkaplan, the coolest man in the world.
ec and i are super hot.

we bonded as roomies.
**knees crack**
because i'm super smart, and knew that we'd be taking a picture with big letters ahead of time, i asked good old stephen price if we could hold the letters.

my good looks won him over and he answered positively.
now: here is the new atila, the one in the centre.
at UBC future trekkers, Christopher Payne gave us two pieces of bad news.
1) Atila Ozkaplan, the love of our lives, had moved on to work for the 2010 Olympics.
2) He, Mr. Payne, would be replacing Atila.
Apparently, no one at UBC is very photogenic...

Whatever, we love Christoper Payne anyways.
